The Average Daily Rate allows you to know the average revenue per room net of services and net of VAT.
It expresses the average selling price of a room. It is calculated by dividing the room revenue by the rooms sold and excludes the value of the services and VAT.
You can compare your area's ADR with the value recorded for the same period a year earlier in your destination.
You can monitor the ADR of your destination in conjunction with an event organized in the reference area.
