HBenchmark renovates its participation at Destination Lab, bringing the case study of the "Smart Destination" Lugano!
The speech will be held by Barbara Donzelli, Business Developer at HBenchmark, and Federico Haas, President of Hotelleriesuisse Lugano (Association of Ticinesi Hoteliers) who will speak together to tell how Lugano, thanks to the implementation of the HBenchmark platform, has been able to build a system of development and enhancement of the territorial tourist offer.
The Swiss city was among the first outside the national borders to adopt our platform, allowing hoteliers in the area to maximize the revenue from their hotels by knowing in advance the market trend. The data collected is also shared with Lugano Region, a Luganese tourism promotion body that uses the information returned to better orient the territorial promotional campaigns, with direct benefit to the operators themselves.
Lugano is the perfect example of how operators and policymakers can work together to build a "Smart Destination".
