For this reason, the company has started collaborations with universities and specialized training courses dedicated to tourism that share its vision. Our objective is to introduce a new data-based approach in training new generations of tourism managers.
The partnership launched with the IULM University aims to allow students enrolled in the Master's Degree Course in Hospitality and Tourism Management and the Master MITH (International Tourism and Hospitality) to use data analysis methodologies offered by the HBenchmark platform. The students may use our platform to research tourism, hospitality management, and destination management.

The introduction of HBenchmark in the educational path desired and undertaken by ITS Academy Turismo Veneto certifies the desire to introduce a data-based approach in the training fields immediately. This approach will allow the Hospitality sector to build its own strategic, commercial, marketing, and investment in the accurate analysis of information and the context in which the properties and destinations operate.
The offer to students includes a 50-hour training course aimed at the 200 students of Hospitality Management and Tourism 4.0 courses. Lessons will cover the whole world of the property management and segmentation of data to detect occupancy rates, information, flows, and trends to plan and model the best strategies for relaunching, developing, and managing tourist destinations.

The HBenchmark platform was chosen and certified by the Economic Research Institute and the University of Italian Switzerland as the official contributor of O-Tur, the tourist observatory of the Swiss territory. Using the graphical and analytical tools made available by HBenchmark, O-Tur regularly produces reports and infographics on the trend of the tourism market.
